Bruce Hall established BPH Legal in response to a need to provide legal services to several market areas including small to medium businesses. He has an honours degree in law from the University of Technology, Sydney and a Master of Law and Management from the University of New South Wales. He was admitted as a legal practitioner to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 1996. In the past nine years he has provided advice to small and medium businesses and similar clients.

Bruce has a consultative approach to the provision of legal advice to small to medium businesses due to the fact that he has owned and operated several small businesses himself. He is acutely aware of the current challenges facing his many clients and he provides flexible avenues for the delivery of his service. He has been a member of the Small Business Consultative Group at the Law Council of Australia.

Bruce has an interest in Sports and Entertainment Law with several entertainers, actors and sportspeople as clients of the business. He has interests in the areas of business restructuring and asset protection for clients. As a former Detective Sergeant in the New South Wales Police Fraud Squad, Bruce has a vast amount of experience and know how on methods to protect client’s identity, assets and reputation.

Bruce has a Masters of Arts (Philosophy with Merit) at the University of Sydney. He hopes to complete a PhD on the Theory of Truth.

Bruce is an active member of the International Lawyers Co-operative.
